My kids favorite, I think it falls in the casserole family.

Our Shepards pie

2 lbs ground beef browned

about 8 potatoes made into mashed potatoes

1 family size can of Campbells mushroom soup

1 can corn, drained

garlic pepper and onoin powder to taste

Shredded cheese (we use colby/jack)

I put ours in a 11 x 9 baking pan (approx)

mix meat , 3/4 can corn, seasonings and mushroom soup

top with mashed potatoes and then cheese! Bake at 350 for about 10-5 minutes till soup is bubblin around the sides and the cheese is melted!

YUMMY!

HELLO.......THERE IS A NEW COOK BOOK HERE IN AUSTRALIA CALLED 4 INGREDIENTS COOKBOOK....WITH EVERY RECIPE USING 4 INGREDIENTS OR LESS. IT'S GREAT.

I JUST COOKED ONE OF THE RECIPES TONIGHT.

I USED 4 LAMB LEG CHOPS WHICH I FLOURED AND BROWNED IN A SKILLET.

I PUT THEM IN MY SLOW COOKER WITH 2 DICED ONIONS, 1 DICED CARROT AND SOME DICED CELERY....

ADD 1 SATCHET OF FRENCH ONION SOUP MIX AND 1 TBLS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND 3 CUPS WATER....BAKE FOR 9 HOURS IN SLOW COOKER OR COUPLE HOURS IN THE OVEN.

LOVELY, RICH FLAVOUR...I COULDNT BELEIVE THE FLAVOUR WAS SO GOOD FOR THAT AMOUNT OF INGREDIENTS.

I SERVED IT WITH MASHED POTATO AND PEAS.

PLEASE LOOK FOR THAT BOOK (MAYBE ONLINE???)

ITS BEEN A HIT OVER HERE.

HOPE YOU TRY IT AND ENJOY.
