Here's a recipe for Chicken Gyros-AWESOME!!

1/2 cup chicken or beef broth

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

Dash pepper

3 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breast

ranch salad dressing

5 whole gyro-style pitas (6 inches), warmed

Optional: lettuce, tomato, cucumber (peeled and sliced), and red onion (sliced)

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, sauté chicken for 4-6 minutes or until no longer pink. Serve on pitas with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onion; drizzle with ranch dressing.
