½ c. flour

½ c. packed brown sugar

1 tsp. salt

¼ c. honey

¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

¼ c. lemon juice

4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts

1 tbsp. soy sauce

½ c. melted butter, divided

1 ½ tsp. curry powder

1. In a bowl combine flour, salt, and cayenne pepper. Dredge chicken to coat.

2. Pour 4 tablespoons melted butter into a 9x13 baking dish. Place chicken on butter and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

3. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat to warm. Pour over chicken and bake an additional 30 minutes, basting every 10 minutes with pan juices.

Serve on or with rice.

I make a similar recipe, minus the curry, flour, and cayenne. But the one I use is a dump recipe so you just put all the sauce ingredients together, put the chiken in a ziplock and pour the sauce over it. Super easy and super yummy. :)
