I need recipes for stuffed bell peppers plz.... anybody?

I make mine with red bell peppers. I brown about a pound and a half of ground beef with onion and then add a small can of Huntz tomato sauce and season with whatever I have (usually salt & pepper, some steak seasoning or garlic salt). I let it simmer with some canned corn, peas, or whatever veggies and put in a little bit of mexican style rice a roni or make my own Mexican rice and thow some of that in. I just stuff the bell peppers with that and place them in a cake baking dish and heat them in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 15-20 min until the peppers are a little soft. it makes about 6 big peppers.

I have one that is slightly different :)

1lb Hamberger

1 sm onion (chopped)

1/3c uncooked instant rice

1 egg

3-4 green peppers, halved

Salt & peper to taste

mix all ingredients

stuff peppers

1 can tomato soup

1/2 c Water

Slices of American Cheese

mix soup with water & pour over peppers

Bake for 50 mins @ 350

Top each pepper with a slice of american cheese, bake an additional 5 minutes for cheese to melt.

I cook mine in the Crock Pot and they taste yummy. Brown about 1 lb. of lean ground beef with chopped onion and garlic, salt and pepper, then drain. While the meat is cooking, I cook about 1/2 cup-1 cup of Minute Rice in the microwave. Combine cooked meat mixture and cooked rice together. I cut the tops off of 5-6 green bell peppers and take out the seeds and membranes from inside. I place them in a cooking sprayed oval Crock Pot. I then fill each pepper with the meat and rice mixture. I spoon a little tomato sauce (from a small can) over each filled pepper and on the bottom of the Crock. Cook covered on Low for at least 5 hrs. or so. We love mozzarella cheese sprinkled over ours!

Here is my recipe for stuffed peppers:

6 green bell peppers

1 pound ground beef

1 1/2 cups cooked rice

1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon Italian style seasoning

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut the tops off the bell peppers and clean out seeds and membrane.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, rice, half of tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix all together, fill each bell pepper with beef mixture and place in an 8 x 8 inch baking dish.

Combine the remaining tomato sauce with the Italian seasoning, mix together and pour over the peppers.

Bake for one hour at 350 degrees, basting with the sauce every 15 mins.
