Take sone left over rice and put it at the bottom of a backing dish or single serve tupper ware bowl. Add little slices of butter or margarine on top. Place cubed left over meat (my kids love ham) on top of thet then cover with shredded or sliced cheese. Repeat the butter, meat and cheese layers a couple of times until dish is almost full. Bake in 350 degree over until cheese is melted. If using tupperware, microwave a minute or two (depending on size) until melted. Every kid I have given this to has Loved it.
