Mexican Chicken and Rice

Equal measures of water and rice

Taco seasoning

Pack of skinless, boneless chiken breasts

Pace salsa (mild, medium, or hot. Your prefrence)

optional: Corn, cheese, olives, or anything you want to add!



Cut chicken up into bite size pieces or strips which ever is easier.

Cook chicken so there is no pink in a large skillet.

Add water, rice, taco seasoning, and salsa. Mix well

Bring to boil, turn down to a low simmer. Let it sit till rice is throurghly cooked

Add Cheese, corn or any extras. Let sit till cheese is melted and other ingredients are cooked

Dish up and serve!
