Mexican Lasagna Crockpot Recipe

I like this recipe because it fills me up and it's pretty easy.

Ingredients: 1lb ground beef, 1 pack taco seasoning, 1 jar chunky salsa, 1 box lasagna noodles, 3 Cups shredded mexican cheese, 1 can refried beans, 1 jar alfredo sauce.

1. In a large skillet brown beef, drain.

2. In slow-cooker crockpot add 1/2 C of salsa to the bottom, then spread 1 layer of noodles.

3. In a medium bowl add 2 Cups shredded cheese and 1 jar alfredo sauce, mix then spread 1/2 of this on the first layer of noodles.

4. In skillet with cooked beef add can of beans, taco seasoning, the rest of the chunky salsa, mix together until heated.

5. In crockpot add another layer of noodles on top of cheese/alfredo mixture, scoop 1/2 of the beef mixture and put on top of noodles, continue to add noodles and the rest of the cheese mixture then layer of noodles and the rest of the beef mixture.

6. Cook on low setting for about 5-6 hours or high setting 3-4 hours or until noodles are done.

7. When it is almost done you can add 1 cup of shredded cheese to the top and melt.
