60 servings
1 cup butter
100 eggs
2 1/2 quarts milk (AKA-48 oz OR 6 Cups)
1 1/4teaspoons white pepper
7 1/2 cups (30oz) shredded swiss cheese
7 1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
30 servings
1/2 cup b
50 eggs
1 1/3 milk (3 Cups)
3/4 wp ..(1/2t.+1/8t. WP)
3 3/4 cups cheese(15oz) & ham
15 servings
1/4 cup b
25 eggs
2/3 milk (1 1/2 Cups)
1/4 wp (then 1/4t.+1/16t WP )
cheese(7Oz) A little less than a block-
around 1 3/4 C ham
7.5 servings
1/8 Cup b
12 1/2 eggs (i guess beat one seperate and divide? im sure adding 13 shouldnt really hurt )
3/4 CUPS milk
something like 1/8 tsp & a dash of WP
3 1/2 Oz cheese
and about a Cup of cubed ham
Recipes dont have to be 100% exact usually- especially when it comes to the optional ingredients like ham.. and cheese.. a little more cheese- it will just be a lil cheesier in flavor.. eggs- change the amt and the consistancy of the casserole will change But a 1/2 an egg really shopuldnt matter - maybe add a tad more cheese if you keep the 1/2 egg and a pinch extra of everything else too.. it'll be fine .
