Ok so its been hard to cook after i had my little one, Is there anyway some one can send me a recipe thats fast easy and yummy at the same time, im up to try anything new just send me your fast and easy recipe, and i will try it, and give you feed back.

Desiree I've got just the recipe for you!

2 cans chilli beans
1 can black beans
2 cans whole kernel corn
1 can pinto beans
2 cans of chicken
1 pack taco seasoning
1 pack ranch dressing
2 cans chicken broth

dump all ingredients into a crockpot and cook on low all day long or on high for 3 hours. You can substitute browned ground beef or turkey for the chicken.

talian chicken! This recipe is really simple and fast.

If you want to Take a few boneless chicken breasts and marinate with your favorite italian salad dressing sauce over night. If you do marinate the chicken through the left over Italian sauce out the next day. Place the chicken in a frying pan and cover with more Italian sauce and cook until chicken is tender about 15 minutes give or take a few minutes. Don't forget to flip the chicken. Also if you decide not to marinate over night you would cook the chicken the same way! I hope this helps

Here's a great recipe from The Pampered Chef. It's cheap, easy and a family favorite in my house.

Zesty Ravioli Skillet

1/3 cup (75 mL) heavy whipping cream
4 cups (1 L) loosely packed fresh baby spinach leaves
6 oz (175 g) provolone cheese, grated
1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded
3 garlic cloves, pressed
2 cans (14.5 oz/398 mL each) diced tomatoes with onions, undrained
1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
1/2 tsp (2 mL) coarsely ground black pepper
1 pkg (24 oz/700 g) small frozen cheese ravioli (about 65)
Halved grape tomatoes (optional)

Measure cream using Easy Read Measuring Cup. Wash spinach in large Stainless Mesh Colander; drain. Grate cheese using Ultimate Mandoline fitted with grating blade. Set aside cream, spinach and cheese.

Add oil to (12-in./30-cm) Skillet; heat over medium-high heat 1-3 minutes or until shimmering. Finely chop jalapeño with Food Chopper. Add jalapeño to Skillet; cook and stir 1 minute or until crisp-tender. Press garlic into Skillet with Garlic Press; cook and stir 15-20 seconds or until fragrant.

Add tomatoes, salt and black pepper to Skillet; cook and stir with Bamboo Spatula 1-2 minutes or until simmering. Add ravioli; stir to coat. Cook, uncovered, 4-5 minutes or until tender. Stir cream into Skillet. Cook, uncovered, 1-2 minutes or until simmering. Sprinkle spinach over ravioli; cook, covered, 1 minute or until spinach starts to wilt.

Remove Skillet from heat. Top with cheese; cover Skillet and let stand 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with grape tomatoes, if desired

this was one of my girlies favourites when they were tiny ones

two cans of tuna drained
one egg
4tbs french fried onions cruched up
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup shreaded cheese (whatever kind your kids like)
oil for frying
beat egg
mix all the stuff together
make mixture into small cakes
fry in pan till golden brown

Cheesy Chicken, Bacon and Mushroom Tagliatelle.
Time : About 15 minutes start to finish.
Costs about £8 for family of four approx.

Approx 4/5 chicken breasts
Approx 150g of bacon
Large pot of cream cheese (philadelphia etc) - i use garlic and herb variety
1 large onion
Small packet of mushrooms
Small block of cheese ( for grating as a topping)


Dice up 4 / 5 chicken breasts (depending on size)
Cook through in large saucepan, add chopped bacon pieces and cook through.
While chicken and bacon is cooking, chop up a large onion and small packet of mushrooms.
Put required amount of dried tagliatelle into a pan of boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes (less if you are using fresh tagliatelle)
Once chicken and bacon are cooked through, add onions and soften.
Add the mushrooms to the pan.
Grate the cheese ready for the topping (if desired)

Add the cream cheese to the pan and mix through (this will make a lovely thick sauce when it warms through)

Drain tagliatelle and add to the mixture.
Stir everything together and serve.

If you want to have a crispy cheesy topping, add the mixture into a ovenproof dish, spread evenly and add the grated cheese over the top. Place under a grill or in the oven to brown.

Serve and enjoy!!!

I have a gazillion recipes that can be done in under 30 minutes on the cheap.

FAST FAMILY FAJITAS (I don't even like bell peppers much but I'll even add extra to this one) Cost: less than $15 depending on where you live. Time: Less than 30 minutes start to finish.

1 med green bell pepper

1 med red bell pepper (or just do another green if not on sale)

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken

1 Tbl oil, divided

1 clove garlic, pressed (finley chooped or smashed)

1 envelope onion soup mix (like Lipton or generic)

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup salsa (mild, med or hot, whichever you prefer)

12 (7-8 inch) flour tortillas, warmed

Cut bell peppers into 1/4 inch strips then chop strips into 3-4 pieces (bite size). Cut chicken into thin strips.

Heat skillet over med-high heat. Add half of oil and chicken. Cook while stirring until chicken is no longer pink. Remove and set aside.

Add remaining oil, peppers and garlic. Stir fry 1-2 minutes until crisp tender. (do not burn garlic). Add chicken back into pan. Add onion soup mix, water and salsa. Cook and stir 2-4 minutes until heated through.

Serve with tortillas, sour cream, cheese or any other desired toppings. Serves 6

CHEESEBURGER DEEP DISH PIZZA (I do this in my 12 in skillet but if you're not sure yours is oven safe try a round sided baking dish or even a 9x13 dish with sides.) Cost: Less than $10 depending on sales and where you live. Time: about 25 minutes start to finish.

1 pkg refrigerated pizza crust (NOT thin crust)

1 lb 90% lean ground beef (or 1 1/3 lb 85%)

1 med. onion

1/2 tsp coarse ground pepper

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup yellow mustard

1 Tbl Worcestershire sauce

2 Roma (plum) tomatoes

1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unroll dough onto bottom of skillet (or baking dish) pressing to cover bottom and up sides about 1 inch. Bake 12-15 minutes or until just begining to brown. Remove and set on top of stove until ready for the next step.

(If you do not have the Mix n Chop then just do this next step in a skillet on the stove top)

Meanwhile, place beef in a microwave safe dish and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Break into crumbles with mix n chop. Add chopped onion and pepper and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes until burger is no longer pink. Drain. Add ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce to beef mixture, mix well.

Spread beef mixture over crust; top with tomatoes and cheeses. Bake 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheeses are melted. Cut and serve. Serves 6

I have a few as I'm currently pregnant, high risk, and do all the cooking for hubby and toddler son. First: tacos are very easy. I get the taco kits so all you have to do is dice tomatoes, lettuce, olives, (onions if you like them, but im allergic), avocados, grate some cheese then ground your beef or turkey up! thats it!

Second is my grandfathers secret chicken recipe and you can set it up the night before then bake it for dinner the next day. The ingredients might sound nutty, but its delicious if you like asian chicken. Mix together 1/2 cup soy sauce, 3/4 cup of brown sugar, the juice from 1/2 an orange, 1/8 cup of 7-up. Marinade chicken overnight, I tend to use strips because it bakes faster. Next day, place chicken on cookie sheet or 9x12 dish. Bake at 350 for about 25 to 45 mins depending on chicken cut. You can serve it up with frozen veggies and a potato or rice dish. Its super easy!!

Lastly, I purchase frozen cheese ravioli. Add to ravioli bertoilli mushroom alfredo sauce, mix well. Dice half a red, orange and yellow bell pepper, sprinkle over ravioli. Bake at 375 for 35 mins.

These are three of the favorites in my family and they are all really easy to make! When push comes to shove, toss in some large baking potatoes, stuff them with sour cream, cheese and bacon bits. If you serve them up with a quick spinach, tomato, cucumber and feta cheese salad its excellent!

Anything in the crock pot is super easy, quick to throw together and ready to eat when you are tired and hungry at the end of the day. Some of the things we do in the crock pot are below:


Saute one chopped onion. Add 2 lb. hamburger, a few cloves of crushed garlic and a diced jalapeno (leave this out if you don't like spicy stuff). Cook until browned. I usually do this part the night before and toss it in the fridge. In the morning I put the cooked hamburger mixture in the crock pot, add 1/4 c. chili powder, a little cumin, two cans of black beans that have been drained and rinsed, one can of tomato sauce, two cans of diced tomatoes (any flavor you like), and a little salt and pepper. Mix, cover and cook on low all day.


Cut a rack of ribs into individual ribs. Put them in the crock pot and dump a jar of BBQ sauce over the top. Cover and cook on low all day.

Chicken for various things

Put an entire bag (3 lb?) frozen boneless and skinless chicken breasts in the crock pot. Add a jar of salsa, cover and cook on low all day. When you get home or about an hour before you want to eat spoon off some of the liquid if it looks like there is too much and toss a brick of cream cheese on top. Let it cook for another 30 minutes to an hour until the cream cheese is melted. Mix the whole pot of chicken up and you will have the most amazing shredded chicken for tacos, salads, wraps, enchiladas, Mexican lasagna, etc.

Tater tot hotdish

I even put my tater tot hotdish in the crock pot. Just mix one package of thawed tater tots w/ 2-3 cans of cream of mushroom soup and some sour cream. Add a pound of browned hamburger (we like to use a tube thing of Jimmy Dean's light sausage instead of hamburger) and some shredded cheese. Let it cook in the crock pot on low. Top w/ more cheese about 20 minutes before you want to eat.

Try browning a bunch of hamburger and portioning it out into zip lock bags and freezing it. When you want a quick dinner you can use it for chili, tacos, casseroles or whatever.
