1c salsa or enough to make it moist (i use emerald valley but i think that is just local im not sure)
1tbs minced garlic
mix this all together mold your meatloaf shape on a cookie sheet this keeps it from getting that layer of fat on top the salsa will keep it moist enough pop it in the oven for an hour at 375 half in hour put a ketchup and glazed onion mixture on top and cook remainder of time

1 Large can cambells cream of mushroom soup

poor mans chipped beef on toast

2 lb ground beef

4 cups white pepper gravy

bread toasted

This is a meal my kids acually love and it can't be any easier. Simply brown the beef and make gravy acording to package. mix together and serve over toast.

2lb ground chuck

3 cans kydney beans (drained and rinsed)

2 cans tomatoe sauce

1 sm can tomatoe paste

1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 large onione chopped

chili powder to taste

Brown beef and drain. Add all the rest into pot and simmer for 1 hour. I use alot of chili powder for my family normally between half and three quarters of a normal size container. So thats why i say add to your taste as you may use a better poweder that i do or not like it as spicy as we do. Is great with a little shredded cheddar and a little sourcream on top. Also makes a great nacho dip with the leftovers, simply add velveeta cheese to leftovers and enjoy a nice little snack

I looked it up and got some ideas for ya. Tacos, meatballs, lasagna, chili, nachos, meatloaf, beefy baked ziti, burritos, and so much more...
1 can tomato soup
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon parsley -- chopped
2 cups rice -- cooked
2 cups ground beef -- cooked and drained
1/2 cup onion -- chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese -- shredded

In large bowl, combine soup, milk and parsley; stir to blend. Stir in rice, beef and onions.

Turn into a 10x6" pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
This recipe from CDKitchen for Cheesy Rice And Beef serves/makes 4

Beef Stroganoff

2 pounds beef round steak
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
6 mushrooms, sliced
1 large can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 pint low fat sour cream

Cut round steak into thin 1 inch strips. Brown onions and round steak. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes (you may need to add extra oil since mushrooms tend to soak up oil). Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper and stir well. Pour into a 9X13X2 inch casserole dish and cover with foil. Bake in a 300F degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, add sour cream, and stir. Serve over rice.

Beef on Noodles

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
2 tablespoons thyme
1 pound beef round steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
4 tablespoons oil
2 large yellow onions
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup beef broth
6 carrots, cut into thin 1 inch strips
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
1 package egg noodles, cooked

Mix flour, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bag. Add the round steak and shake well. Then brown the beef, a small batch at a time, over medium to high heat. Remove from saucepan and drain the oil.

Cook onions in 2 tablespoons oil over low heat until brown in a large saucepan. Add the sugar and cook for a few minutes to caramelize. Remove from saucepan. Add beef broth to saucepan. Add carrots and bring to a boil. Then add back the caramelized onions and round steak and stir.

Pour into a casserole dish and cover the top with foil. Bake in a 350F degree oven for 30 minutes.

Serve over egg noodles and top with chopped parsley.
