it doesnt sound very healthy but me and my girls like to have bacon and cheese omlettes even my 10mnth old the different flavours and textures make it rather scrummy.



3 eggs

1 piece of bacon

handfull of grated cheese

all you do is beat the eggs togeather n fry in a pan until its almost done, chop the bacon into lil pieces. add cheese to omlette wen bacon is how u like add on top of cheese,fold it over. all done

Have you tried adding some diced red bell peppers, they are slightly sweet, and a great flavor, plus you get some veggies in them. Makes them a little more healthy!

wen eating these types of food its good to make sure you and your children r exerciseing , perhaps walkin or bike rideing even danceing n its fun for the kids
