1 pound pd boneless, skinless chicken breast

8oz or 16oz of sourcream ( depending on the size of your family)

1 or 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom with roasted garlic ( also depending on the size of your family)

Box of ritz crackers

Cassarole dish - your choice in size

Butter

Poppyseads



Prepare chicken any way you want, fry, grill or bake. Combine sourcream and cream of mushroom in bowl, set aside. Put ritz crackers( i use 2 packages for a family of 2. ) in gallon size baggie and take a rolling pin and crumble them up, set aside. Once the chicken is done, pul of pieces and put in the bottom of the cassarole dish, spread evenly, add your sour cream and cream of mushroom mix on top of chicken, srpead evenly, then add your crackers, sread evenly. Sprinkle poppyseads on top and add a 3-6 tsp of butter on top. Cook in oven till the crackers are golden brown and buter is melted.
