I love to cook pork chops and make roasts but I need more recipes for pork roasts and pork chops I always cook them the same and I am wanting to find a variety of ways to make these things help please.

Oh! This one my kids call the world's easiest crock pot pork chops. It can probably be easily converted to the oven if you want:



1 package of porkchops

1 can jellied cranberry sauce

1 can of apple sauce



Place cranberries and applesauce in the crock pot.

Mix together (doesn't need to be perfect, they'll mix better as they heat up)

Add pork chops; ensure they're well covered

Cook on low all day (6 hours or more)

Cajun Pork Tenderloin with Garlic Butter

I normally grill the pork, but you can sear it in a skillet and finish off in the oven too!

Dry rub:

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

4 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. black pepper

1 tsp. garlic powder





2 pork tenderloins

2 Tbsp butter

1/2 tsp. garlic powder



In a small bowl combine dry rub ingredients. Rub thoroughly into the pork and let sit for 30 minutes. Grill or pan sear/oven finish until done - 165 degrees internal temp. Melt butter and stir in garlic powder (I usually double the sauce). Slice tenderloin on the bias and pour garlic butter over.

Balsamic Glazed Porkchops are always a hit and pretty simple



6 Pork Chops

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 TBSP Olive Oil

4 TBSP Chopped Green Onion

1/3 C Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 C Brown Sugar



Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper

Heat oil in a fry pan over medium heat

Put the pork in the pan andcook 4 minutes each side (until all pink is removed)

Turn heat up to high and stir fry the onion for one minute

Add the balsamic vinegar and sugar and cook another minute

Add green onion, chopped in large chunks, and stir for another minute

Pour over chops and serve!
