1 Jar of salsa
2 cans of Campbells Cheddar Cheese
1 Can of olives

Mix all ingredeints together and heat. Is great with tortilla chips or crackers and makes a bunch! Can also heat it in a crockpot for on the go.

1 large can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 C salsa
1 C shredded cheddar
Mix well and heat until the cheese melts

1-2 avocados
1 jar salsa
whirl in the food processor until well blended

I have a friend who swears he gets raves on 50/50 cream cheese and ketchup, but I've never tried it.

One of my favorite "go to" dips is a block of cream cheese (8 0z) softened, mixed with about 1/2 a jar of salsa and a handful of cheddar cheese. You can serve it with tortilla chips or crackers.

Another favorite is Pizza Dip. Spread a layer of cream cheese on the bottom of a microwave proof container. Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and any pizza toppings that you have on hand. Microwave until the cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.

I keep shredded cheese in the freezer at all times. I always buy cream cheese when it's on sale. And, of course, I always have pizza sauce and salsa in my pantry.

Hope this helps!
