If you like pulled BBQ sandwhiches this is a great recipe and it doesnt get any easier, and BONUS you cook it in a crock pot!

1 Chuck beef roat or a pork roast (if you like pork better)

1 Bottle of your favorite BBQ sause

1 Onion cut into thick slices

Dump all of the above ingreadients into the crock pot in the morning on LOW and by dinner time just pull the meat apart with a fork and enjoy!

I some times add additional BBQ sauce once every thing is done!

Its oh so yummy!

Mexican Bake

1 lb ground hambuger meat

1 pkg Taco seasoning

1 can refried beans

1 jar salsa

1 pkg yellow rice

1 pkg sharp cheddar cheese or mexican 3 cheese blend

Cook hambuger meat until brown, drain and add taco seasoning. Set to the side and let simmer.

Cook rice according to directions on the pkg

(The refried beans and the salsa can be done in two different ways either layered or mixed together in a pot with the hamburger meat.)

Next spray or lightly grease the bottom and sides of a casserole dish

Put the yellow rice first pressing firmly around the entire bottom and sides.

Put the remaining ingrediants on top either in layers or mixed together

Finally spread the finely shredded cheese on the top evenly covering the entire surface

Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and bubbling

This can either be eaten alone, as a warm dip with Tostino corn chips or even placed in a soft taco and rolled.

*sour cream, quacomole and hot sause can be added as a side on the plate*

Hope you enjoy these 2 wonderful dishes! Plz let me know! :)
