Spinach and Artichoke dip

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 can artichokes, 1 cup parmesean cheese, 1 cup mayo, 1 tsp. minced garlic, dash garlic salt. Blend all together and put into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve with wheat thins.

Thank you for posting the recipe for the Spinach and Artichoke dip. I had this about a month ago in a restaurant and was looking for the recipe. I will have to try it soon! Thanks again!

I add a package of cream cheese and 1 cup mozz cheese to it as well. Makes it more creamy. Let me know what you think.

I commonly due a similar rendition without the spinach and it's a hit every time! You can serve either way in a french bed with the middle cut out and the bread on the side.
