Spinach & Strawberry Salad

2 bunches spinach, rinsed & torn into bite size pieces

4 cups sliced strawberries ( 1 lb. container)

1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans or almonds

1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

1/2 cup splenda or sugar

1/4 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

2 tablespoons poppy seeds

In large bowl, toss the spinach, strawberries, and walnuts. In medium bowl, or jar with lid put oil, vinegar, splenda, paprika, sesame seeds, & poppy seeds. Pour over spinach, strawberries, & walnuts. Toss to coat.

I tried something similar.  Instead of nuts, I added fresh mozzarella cubes and used raspberry walnut viniagrette dressing.

I have had something very similar, but we used a Strawberry Vinagerette Dressing and blue cheese crumbles. Yummy!
