Super easy!!
you can even prepare the night before if you like (i do because i have a 4 month old and im on my own)
What you need/What you do:
your favorite vegetables! i use green pepper, red peppery, onion, celery, mushrooms, carrots, etc chop them all up into bite-sized pieces... Add your favorite meat, i have used chicken, beef, moose meat, and sometimes a combination...cut that up into bite-sized pieces.
Fry the veggies separate from the meat starting with the carrots at first because they will take the longest. once they are all fried up you can either fry the meat in a separate pan or throw it in with the veggies...i like to fry them both separate then combine them in one pan to combine the flavors. then serve alone or on rice or spaghetti noodles and your done!

ive used olive oil...or butter even!! but the olive oil is healthier lol
