Strawberry Cheesecake triffle

2 quarts of fresh strawberries

2 8oz pks of cream cheese

1 cup of Sour Cream

16 oz extra creamy cool whip

2 Cups powdered sugar

1 Tsb vinalla

Almond Extract

1 large Angel food cake

Reserve a few Strawberries for garnishing.

Slice remaining strawberries and add 1/2 cup sugar along with 1 TSP almond Extract and set aside. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and powdered sugar vinalla and almond extract. Fold in Cool whip. Tear angel food cake into bitesize pieces. Place 1/2 of cake in bottom of triffle bowl then 1/2 of strawberries, followed by 1/2 of cream cheese mixture, and repeat. Top with reserved strawberries. Place in fridge and allow to cool. The longer this can sit before serving the better~ Enjoy!!

This sounds really good - especially since real cheesecake is so difficult to make! I'm definitely going to try this one.
