Round rice paper
rice vermicelli
green pepper thinly sliced
red pepper thinly sliced
cucumber thinly sliced
green onion thinly sliced
cooked chickens breast or shrimps cook to your owned flavor,cut into thinly sliced
bean sprouts,lettuce
boiled water,removed from heat placed rice vermicelli,let soaked for 10 minutes,drained
and rinse let cool.
make sure all vegetables are ready.
one at a time soak rice sheet in warm water for 10 seconds remove, place on a tea towel,
lay lettuce,rice vermicelli,2 each sliced of each vegetables, placed 1shrimp or 2 sliced of
chicken, roll tight like a spring roll or like cabbage roll.
serve with any sauce you like.

I absolutely LOVE these. My mom has taught me how to make these. I make a fish sauce to dip them in. they are also pretty good with cilantro. I don't soak the rice paper though, I just run them under warm water carefully and lay 3 at a time on the counter and them assemble.
