Totally easy........low maintenence and no waste.......in the spice aisle at the grocery store, you can get these packets of seasoning called 'RUBZ'......they come in a multitude of flavors, my family loves the wasabi crust one.......

all you do is get a boneless pork loin

rub it down with your favorite spice

heat your oven to 325

cook your meat 35 minutes a pound

that is the trick to a juicy pork loin....cook it uncoverd @ 325, 35 minutes a pound.....it will be perfect every time....no waste and almost no mess. You can walk away from it and do other stuff....get creative....you can cover it with virtually anything, hawaian marinades, garlic herb marinades, sweet and savory.......and make it taste different each time.....plan your side around your spice.....a nice salad always goes good with this.
