One of my favorites is to take sliced bagels and coat them with honey mustard, then add sliced honey ham, and a slice of swiss cheese. I stick them in the oven until the cheese is melted.

Also, Bertolli makes a delicious skillet meal for two that is so simple.  It comes in all different sorts of flavors.  I've always had great luck with them.

I do meatsauce with pasta, bisquick chicken pot pie,

stromboli made with pillbury pizza dough and what ever filling (roll out the dough, add filling and roll like a jelly roll and close the seams), slit top about 4 times to vent and bake at 400 till done (about 15 - 20 min).

I almost always have some cooked ground beef and chicken breast in the freezer. That makes alot of quick dinners. Meat sauce, tacos, enchiladas, sloppy joes, pot pie, chicken ala king, etc.

I usually will get the cheap store brand shells and cheese at walmart.  All you need is water to boil the shells, drain, add the cheese, and stir stir stir.

If I want something homemade, it takes a while to cook but its fast on the assembly.  Baked mac and cheese.  Just boil some macaroni noodles until they're "al dente" and then put sliced shapr cheddar and a few drops of butter in layers with the noodles, pour a can of evaporated milk over it once your baking dish is full, and then bake it for like 35-40 minutes on 375. or until the cheese is nice and melted ya know...

we call it "American Chopped Suey" (i have no clue why!! lol)

brown groun beef (good with venisun [deer meat] too) drain most of the fat

throw in a can of stewed tomatoes

squirt some ketchup and some water ...i eyeball everything this is just to make a sauce so not too much or to thick...

shake in some worcestershire sauce (once around the pot and splat in the middle)

stir it all up simmer for a bit

put this over rice, boiled potatoes, or even mashed potatoes! yummy!!!

i love cooking but sometimes if i am late home from work i make an omlette with all chopped vegies for eg: onion, mushrooms, tomato, bacon and shredded cheese mix all with some beaten eggs and fry all in a skillet. serve with hot buttered toast.

good healthy dinner and it uses up leftover vegies.

I make meat sauce over spaghetti.  That's  my favorite quick meal.  Brown up a pound of ground beef, add a jar of your favorite sauce.  Pour over pasta.  You can add some broccoli or whatever veggies you prefer.  Yum.
