I saw a post where a mom said her daughter was in love with her stuffed animal and says she is married to a moose - I had to laugh! But then thought about my own daughter who would rub herself against her stuffed bear. I guess this is normal? But disconcerting to see. And is it sanitary?

What girl hasn't married her favorite stuffed animal! While feeling good by touching ourselves is normal, I might be worried if her rubbing against the bear in a way that indicates she's been exposed to inappropriate behavior for her age.

Oh good, J, your daughter is fine. We can relate to when a girl first discovers her "magical spot", right? Be happy for her!

Every parent has such concerns, I'm sure, but I don't it's anything like that with my daughter. I'd guess it's just a natural "exploring" things kids do - just cause it feels good. But as a day it was a strange sight...ha.
