i am a mom of a 1 year old baby boy, he is allergic to milk and soy, he is on a very strict diet of fruits and vegetables, very few meats, actually just chicken right now, he is still eating baby food right now, i need to find more foods to feed him and feel bad that he has been eating the same food for so long.

hi there, my son is allergic to dairy as well he has an intolerance to soy and cant hv sugary foods or stuff with preservs so i can relate to ur frustration at the boring food intake.

i make my son muffins:

2cups of self raising flour

1cup of oil

3eggs

1/2 cup of water

2 tble spoons of margarine

(blend the oil eggs, margarine n water up in a blender so they r well mixed)

this is ur basic muffin base i add things fruit n veg 2 this u can make up so many diff flavours a good vegie 1 is corn, zuchinni and carrot.

this can also trick them into thinkn they are having cake as my sons friend are allowed to have cake he is not.

hope this has given i some ideas...
