Ok, so beginning this month not so great. At 168. New month, new day.....starting fresh.

Feeling better. Took a course of antibiotics as a precaution incase I have Lyme disease. will have the blood work done soon I think but the doc said if I feel better after the antibiotic don't bother.

I am sorry to hear you are struggling with food issues. While not feeling well I fell back into old habits as well. Slips ups happen but I think we need not to beat ourselves up and strive to do better. Remember, baby steps. I feel fixing a little at a time is easier than trying to do it all at once.

I hope you are feeling better Heather. I have been avoiding coming here like the plague. I have gone back to my bad behaviors, and today is my first day back on being healthy. It is really hot out, not sure if I am gonna walk today...but I have definitely gained weight. My goal is to get back to where I was before the end of the month, and just continue from there.

Lost 1.2 lbs. Looks as though the exercise is working. I couldn't exercise today as I am not feeling well, fever and sore throat.Hopefully tomorrow I can get back to it.

Thanks Heather. I had a good day yesterday, and I lost a couple pounds that I put on...mainly water weight...you know all the excess crap that your body hasn't actually made into fat yet. That is a good thing. It was 3 lbs...but really it is nothing. When I lose 3 more, I will feel like I am back on track. That will be 1lbs more than when I left for vacation. That is a good kick off point.

Well you have to restart somewhere and I think you have done so quite nicely. Keep at it and you will be back in no time.

Did well yesterday, and a good start for today. Not much to show for it scale wise. About .8, no biggy or hip hip hooray, since I have so much to lose to get back to where I was.

Well I managed to have a good start to the month...Lost 3.9lbs YAY! Wonder if it was the exercise i started. Well I will stick with it and see what happens. So that means I am at 220.1 with 50.1 lbs to go and 32.9 lost so far.
