Ok, so I am not expecting much to go my way this month....only lost 3 lbs or so (officially from yesterdays weigh in...but more like 6 for real) I have my family reunion, and I will be out of town for like 10 days. So.,....that being said, I am gonna try for atleast 5 lbs.

WOW! Great job! Some of your weight gain could be due to gaining muscle, so you keep that in mind!

Thanks for the encouragement. I just did not need to be eating so bad since we have come back. Oh well, starting fresh, and gonna try to be as good as I can this weekend. After all, I have eaten plenty bad to make up for what I might miss this weekend.

Marina I forgt to comment on your previous post. For letting lose for several days a few lb gain isn't too terrible. You will get back on track just give it time and don't be hard on yourself. Just think back on the wonderful time you had. I'm willing to bet that few lb gain was worth it. Spending time and sharing good food with family is priceless.

So back on track we go but leaving some room for slip-ups for the 4th holiday weekend. I'll be here for ya though.

Oh and BTW I have managed to exercise everyday so far this week.So far so good...

I hear ya and I'm with ya! I did manage to lose(posted in July) I did eat so so but did not count points. I guess I haven't been 100% true to myself. Yeah I lost and a loss is a loss but I really need to start following ww again full time and cut the part time bull shit. So right now to be true I still need to calculate my points for yesterday, good thing I remember what I ate,lol.

Ok, I have been so ashamed of my eating habits, I have not been able to come on and face the music. I had a terrible weekend, and I am back at square one today. If I don't get back on track, I can see all my hard work going down the drain. You with me Heather? I need your support girlfriend!

Heather, I am gonna get my period also....I ate almost a whole large Pizza yesterday. I feel like crapola today. I am up, but just to 167. I would have like to hit July at 164...not happening. Oh well. Back to it for sure today. I don't have that much left to go, but I have not lost anything this month due to vacation and lack of getting back on track. I did hit 163 at one point....for like a second....but hey......We can do it! Lets start July with some serious motivation for one another!

Forgot to post yesterday. Up .9 now but got my period today so no biggie. Started an exercise routine. Hopefully I can stick to it for a while and find something else along the way to change it up so I don't get bored.

Ok, so here is the low down. I tried to eat well on vacation, but failed. Everyone was cooking great food for us to celebrate us being there. I left being 164.2, and yesterday weighted in at 167.6 I was sure I gained like 10lbs and was scared to get on the scale, so I am pleasantly surprised. I weighed 167.0 this am, and am back to eating well. I hope to be back down to 163 by the end of the month.

Well I just finished my prednisone yesterday and have managed to lose 1.5 lbs of the 4.1 I gained since going on it.

Gained 4.1 lbs in one week :( ... damn prednisone. Hopefuly it will come off as fast as it went on, yeah right wishful thinking. I won't beat myself up over it because I needed the meds to counter my allergic reaction. At last my skin feels great now. Right now I think that's all that matters as it was driving me insane before.

Well, thank you Heather. I have lost 0.2 more, but I am at 163.6 I am 0.6 away from where I want to be, and I doubt by tomorrow am I will make it. Oh well. I have to make sure I do well out there. I know I keep saying it, but it is to help me keep focused.

Great reminder Heather! I haven't gone out to eat in forever!

I lost another 0.6 today...and got my period. At 165.4 gonna totally push for 163. Every single pound counts!

Don't forget to tell them to not put butter on the veggies. I hate when I forget and sit there hoping the steamed veggies are just that.

Thank you Heather, I am gonna really try to eat very well when I am out there...I know I will regret it if I don't. So close to my goal. You are right, I will get right back on track no matter what happens when I am gone....

I have finally lost all the damage I put on this past weekend....back at 166.0 I hope to try and lose 3 more lbs before I go out there. It will give me more confidence in the way I look and feel.

That's ok you are going to be on vacation. I say eat the best you can and not beat yourself up for having a good time. just get right back on track when you return.

I have 10 days before we leave....gonna be a very good girl until then. I am striving to eat well and continue my diet while I am out of town, but I am sure I will have a day here and there that are not so fantastic.
