Ok, goal again this month.....8 lbs. Cannot seem to lose more than that. Trying to keep strong, only 1 1/2 month left until the reunion. It is gonna be hot as hell in El Paso, and I would like to wear cute stuff.

Ok since you shared I will share too. For starters I am 5'9". Just before I delivered my twins I weighed 308 lbs. That was the most I had ever weighed EVER. After they were born I lost 30lbs of babies,2 placentas, and the fluid from 2 bags of waters. I did breast feed them and had everyone telling me, "Oh wait and see your breast feeding the weight will fly off." Well I say yeah fucking right. I only managed to lose a total of 25 lbs from the time I gave birth 12/9/09 til the time of my annual 2/10/11. I had so stop bfing 8/10 because I was drying up. After my annual with the ob/gyn I started ww @ 253 lbs and now weigh 224. I have 54 more lbs to lose to reach my goal of 170.

Katherine I agree with Marina. Stress can be a huge factor in gaining weight. When I went through my divorce I lost a ton of weight but I was barely eating and boozing. Then when I bought my place with my 2nd husband I did the opposite, no drinking and eating a ton.

Good for you Heather. I had officially lost 6 lbs....then this weekend hit.....I am not even gonna bother...tomorrow is another day, and today ended up being a good day. So i will go for a walk tonight to get all the salt and extra calories burned off of my ass.....Now the 10 days left that I have before we leave will be spent getting back to where I was. My own fault.

Last day of May! Weighed in yesterday and lost 2lbs. So I am guessing this is going to be the trend(2 lbs every other week) unless I bump up my exercise routine. So if I do that this means i have to get my ass to bed earlier so I can do a short routine in the am before work. It is really hard to get motivated at quarter to four in the morning. UGH! Guess I'll have to push myself.

Ok, so I lost another 0.6 lbs, so I will reveal.


I started at a whopping 206.6lbs Ugh....I am now 40.8lbs less, at 165.8. I have 25.8lbs left to reach my weight of 140...ok, who else is gonna be brave???

Marina that is fantastic! I would love to know but only when you feel comfortable telling. Did not end up donateing because I had a fever. Strange cause I felt fine. Oh well we have next time.

Sooooooo....I lost 0.8 lbs...I have officially lost my forty lbs mark!!! WOOOHOOO! I am at 40.2 lost....would you like the reveal of my starting point to where I am at now??? I promised I would say it when I got to this point. Still embarrassed...but proud!

Woke up to a sunny day at LAST! Maybe I will get out tonight for a walk!

Made a littleprogress. Down 0.8lbs...back to only .4 from my 40 lbs lost mark. We will see what tomorrow brings.

Thank you for the encouragement Heather. I sent my son with the last of my "trigger" food to school today. I need to stay strong. I am glad you are getting back on track yourself. WE CAN DO IT! If it would stop raining, I could get out for a freaking walk!

Marina that sucks you are stuck in that cycle. I think I have finally gotten out of the rut I was in. Stay positive and focused. If possible throw all the extras you are having and wanting in the trash. That helps me get back on track.

Heather...I am not doing to great. I keep bouncing around about 1 lbs up and down...I stil have not hit my 40lb mark, which is still 1.2 lbs away. I feel like the closer I get to this reunion, the more I keep sabotaging myself. I keep eating things that I have not eaten in forever, and usually have complete control of. I don't get why I keep doing this to myself. I have to just do it! I only have 19 days until we leave.

Katherine, ugh....I know the feeling. I have only lost a total of like 2 lbs this month. I usually lose about 8 per month. But you are going through the stress of a divorce...Hell, you lost 18that is awesome!

Did get to walk last night, it ended up being beautiful out! I did lose the final pound that I gained last weekend. Still 0.6 away from my 40 lb mark. Hope to at least make that by Monday.

I know, it has been so rainy all freaking week! I think I got 1 walk in. Grrr. Yup, I avoided the almighty Dorito. I lost 1.4 of all the gained crap from the weekend, but still up 1 lbs. I hit another mini plateau. Hopefully this weekend will show some improvement.

Well so far I have made myself count my points the last couple days. I really need to get back in the swing of ww. Not so much with the food just with counting points. it really sucks that it is going to rain ALL week. I guess no walks at all. Pisses me off.

WOO HOO Heather!! Great job.

Well, my 1 day turned into 2 days : / So now I am back up 2.4 lbs....just makes my head spin. So yes, I did well yesterday, plan on not cheating again until the reunion. I breath near bad food and I gain...I should have known better. I have less than half this month less, and now I have lost only 1 lbs....nice. I hope at least to lose 4-5 more??? We will see. Can't walk lately, since Sunday it has been pouring out. It is suppose to continue until Friday.

Lost 2.9 thanks to getting over my period and somewhat following ww. I really have to start following better. Goal this week to follow ww the way yur supposed to and hopefully lose .9 lbs to make 30lbs lost. We'll see what next Monday brings.

Getting your period always seems to help.

I hate hitting a plateau, but I LOVE when it is over! I lost a whole 1.2 lbs today. Only 0.6 left until I tell.

Finally made a small dent. See what tomorrow brings. I have noticed that the new jeans I bought, fit me better then when I got them 1 week ago....I guess all the crunches are shrinking my muffin top.

I think I've been to the gym maybe 4 times in the 2 months..and technically once since I have a pseudo gym on my balcony, so once to the actual gym not in my house..but it's time to start the tone...if I start working out like was before all the therapy, school etc I could probably lose more...okay fine..I'll run today....don't beat me over the head...geez...

Somehow gained 0.4 today...nice. Did my 2 mile walk already today, and 140 crunches plus 20 leg and butt things. Sound advice Tah. I am trying the best I can with the time that I have. I do what I can. This week I have gotten out 3 times...6 miles total...and all my crunches and leg exercises. I just hit a plateau, and I just need to keep being diligent.

Thanks heather..don't know if told you ladies but preparation h tightens the skin mix it with your lotion and put it on..it's supposed to hide the smell....marina..I think your doing great, it's your timeline..twik it if you must...time to switch it up..do leg raises...hold on to ur husbands ankles...no marina...mind out the gutter..lol..hold his ankles or the legs of a sturdy piece of furniture and use you stomach muscles to lift your legs...then on the power walk...jog..not to far...maybe 1-2 blocks to start..then walk..then jog....it'll jumpstart the loss again...or take the baby get some chalk and teach her hopscotch...etc..you are doing great though...
