HI Hollie, I'm new and just saw your post. I battled with my mommy tummy months after losing my baby weight. Hi Hollie, This is a common thing for ALOT of women! The good ol muffin top! LOL I am currently working on this myself. I have changed my eating habits and started listening to my body as to what it liked and disliked. I have discovered that when i eat fruit combined with other things such as oatmeal i feel ill. I have learned that my digestion is slow, so i eat the fruit seperate and then the oatmeal. I have also started seeing results to my body with a combination of cardio and strength training. As women it is important to use weights
