Chimichangas



2 Pounds of Hamburger

2 Packets Taco Seasoning

1 8oz Package Shredded Cheese (Colby/Jack)

½ Head of Lettuce

1 Small Tomato

1 Small Container of Great Value Sour Cream

1 Jar Pace Picante Sauce

1 Package of 8-10 Tortilla Shells

¼ Cup Vegetable Oil





Wash, dry, and cut lettuce. Cut and cube tomato. Brown and drain hamburger, adding taco seasoning and following the directions for taco meat. Lay out tortilla; add a small handful of cheese, a spoonful of hamburger, fold ends of tortilla, and place in heated vegetable oil, frying until brown, repeat process. Place on plate, add, lettuce first, then tomato, sour cream, salsa, and top with cheese
