What type of drinking cups does your 2 and half year old use. We had the nuby sippy cups but he has chewed the middle pieces apart. He can drink out of a regular cup but when we are on the go I'd rather not hand him a glass of water or milk. Any suggestions?

my son drinks from a regular cup; he can also drink from like pop, juice or water bottles from the store without spilling them in the car on the go also but i sometimes put stuff in a sippy cup with a hard lid if i think he might spill it that usually works to but he likes acting grown

ya sarah- same for my adughter (and 7 month old son!) i bought all the complicated ones and they wanted nothin to do with them. now both my kids are using take n toss sippy cups. cheap and simple. my 2.5 yr old can use any kind of cup (normal, straw sippy etc) but as you said, its just easier to avoid spills all together (i live in toronto and its gettin cold here too! so a kid covered in juice in cold weather- a recipe for disaster!) i would definatly recomend them for cheap, simple use. easy to clean too and dishwasher safe. big kid cups are for home lol and even still, my couch appreciates the sippy cups lol

we use either the take and toss sippy cups or the munchkin straw cups. she hated the nubby or munchkin soft sippy cups. too much like a bottle and she would suck until the top caved in on itself.

Try the ones with the hard plastic lids. My daughter just drinks out of a regular cup.
