So my daughters 11 weeks old and up until a few days ago loved to play and learn, now all of a sudden all she wants to do is sleep. She use to stay awake and play for up to 2 hours and then nap now its a struggle to keep her awake for 30 mins, anyone else experience this? She has no temp or anything either, thanks!

My daughter did that for about a week...she would sleep for 13 hours then I would wake her up to feed her then she would go back to sleep less than an hour later (with my help staying awake). She would then sleep another 6 hours wake to feed then go right back to sleep. I talked to my ped about this and she said that it was more than likely just a growth spurt time.

sounds like a growth spurt! Babies go through a series of growth spurts...the first two happening around 6 wks and 11-12 wks.... During growth spurts, they typically sleep A LOT..

i would like to know also lol. my daughter just turned 11 weeks yesterday and she sleeps all the time also.
