What are your babies doing these days? My son will be 10 months old on Sat. and I'm wondering if he's on target. He is scooting on his belly but not crawling. He can sit for a long time but when he falls back he doesn't catch himself. He also cannot get himself into a sitting position. He can pull to standing if I put him in a tall kneeling position. Just wondering what most babies his age were up to.

My son has been crawling for almost 2 months. He walks with the aide of a push toy. And is eating all solid food everything that we eat. Has 4 bottles a day, and sippys with water at meals times.
Every child develops at a different rate. Dont be worried if they are not hitting "milestones" at a certain age. I worked in a infant classroom and babies just really develop at their own pace, everychilds diff.

Our son is 10 months and he sits on his own for a while now. He pulls himself up into the standing position with the support of the furniture. He walks around the furniture . he still loves crawly around the house, says Mamma and Pappa. He claps, gives kisses and always waves bye bye "tatta"

our son is sitting up, crawling but just started at 9 month, and claps, trys to walk, dances, gives kisses, and high fives! All babies are different just keep working with him! Once he does start crawling watch out all the other fun things happen so fast after that!

my son can do the army crawl and can pull himself up once and a while. he can sit without falling back most of the time....and he has 6 teeth, and i think one more is gunna pop through soon. if he hes ur hands to hold ont, then he can walk pretty well, but his body goes too fast for his legs lol

My son will be 10 months old on the 13th of this month. Right now he can crawl really well, he can sit himself up and stay up for a very long period of time. He can stand up by holding onto furniture but hasent tried to let go yet. He has 2 teeth ( Bottom) he say's Mom, Dada, Nan, Go & What's That? He puts his arms up & gets excited when people go near him so they will pick himself up, he will also cry when Daddy leaves for work. He only just started to hold his bottle by himself but can only hold it up so high. He loves to play & watch tv. He laughts at just about everything!!

My daughter will be 10 months on the 21st. She crawls like a maniac, she sits up and holds out her arms when she wants to be carried. She babbles, shakes her head "no", claps her hands; she stands up using various things as support and has tried to stand on her own. She stays up for a few seconds before letting herself fall into a sitting position.

She has one tooth =D

Every child develops at different stages so it's all good ^_^

my girl is right up the same ally. she rolls all over the house. i dont think she wants to crawl. she cant get into a sitting position but when shes sitting in her crib she can pull herself up. all she wants to do is stand up and bounce. she thinks shes her legs are stronger then they actually are!

Our little girl who will be 10 months on the 12th just started to crawl, she has been sitting up for a month now and right before she started to crawl she was able to get herself into a sitting position. All babies do things at different ages though. Our first born (boy) was 6 months when he started to crawl. I have been worried about our daughter because she is very small she just now weighs a little over 15lbs, but I just keep telling myself that she is going to be different than her brother so I should stop worrying.
