anyone having trouble losing the baby fat?

my little girl is 10 months old now and i still cant seem to get rid of the "baby fat". Anyone have any ideas how to work on toning and losin weight along with having a job and spending time with my family. Cant find any time for anything let alone myself sometimes.

Wait until your baby is two months old before starting to loose your weight! It's best not to do anything consciously to lose weight until after the second month. After that start drinking Mummy magic weight loss tea and you'll lose all your pregnancy weight within 8 weeks.

Ok so i gained 40+ lbs when i got pregnant. I weighed only 125 and i'm 5'11'' before i got pregnant. i lost all the weight and then some after i had him in a matter of a month. but what i did is i went walking almost every night at the mall with the stoller and outside around the block when it was hot. i only eat off of a kids size plate because i take smaller portions and i drink a glass of water before i eat that way i get full quicker. i don't drink but one soda a day and i eat a lot or fruit and vegi's, and i eat a lot of meat. i also do really eat meals i graze through out the day. I hope this helps!!!!!

I'm right there with you girls!! Ugh! I had no problems loosing the weight AND my jiggly belly after my son was born, but this time around it's been a completely different story. I actually weighed almost the exact same when I gave birth both times, but I'm holding on to a lot more fat this time around. I just don't get it! I can fit into all my pre-pregnancy clothes, but the roll of fat that hangs over my pants is so gross...

Anyway, I just purchased a treadmill and hope to start jogging on it (as soon as it arrives, next week). I'm going to try to jog during my daughter's (9 month old) nap time while my son (3 years old) watches one of his TV shows. It can't hurt...

Another thing I've thought about is to get off of birth control pills. I'm currently on the mini-pill (b/c I'm nursing) and I think it may be making it harder to loose weight. I know when I got off of birth control to try for a 2nd baby when my son was a year old, I immediately lost about 10lbs and just felt slimmer (of course then I got pregnant and that feeling went out the window).

Good luck! If all else fails... just get pregnant again. :)

I am right there with you. I only gained 14lbs with my pregnancy and lost all plus some after birth. But, since then I have gained 30lbs. I weigh more than I did before or while I was pregnant. I am so disgusted. I'm sorry I don't have a solution, but just wanted you to know that your not alone.
