Hi :D

My name is Jennifer, and I've been attending Beth Goyim Messianic Congregation since mid-October of last year. I was Catholic 1st, but was wondering where all the believing Jews were. I mean, the 1st believers in Messiah were Jewish, right? So I started questioning where they were and why there were no congregations that met on Saturdays since Saturday was the 7th day. While I was pregnant with my 2nd son (I have 2 boys and a new baby girl), I found a Christian church that we started attending. Not followers of Torah, but still, it was a step in the right direction as we started learning and studying the Bible (we hadn't done that before). Then 1 day my husband & I heard for the 1st time the term "Messianic" while watching a Messianic Rabbi on tv. So then I looked up Messianic Jews online and came across We watched the service live online for a couple of weeks, then we went in person. We've been Torah observant ever since :o)

It's nice to meet you all, shalom!

I haven't been on in quite a while. We attend a Messianic congregation also, and have for almost two years. As our congregation is almost an hour away, we want to be involved locally, and often attend a church on Sundays. We also run a non-denominational youth group at the local YMCA, so that lets my daughters get together with local friends.
We love celebrating the Biblical holidays, and don't miss the others (Christmas and Easter) but those are the hardest part of being involved in a Sunday church.
