Yes, I have a three year old two year old and two month old. With my oldest son I took him to my moms she runs a daycare. So it was easy for me to leave him. Then when my daughter was born I moved four hours from my mom. I then found a family friend that ran a daycare. My daughter is starting nursery school this year and I found out that with my son if I go and get aquainted more with the nursery teachers before they went it was easier to leave him. A few tips

-Ask to sit in for a few hours a day before they are scheduled to start.

-Talk to the teacher for as long as possible while you are there. Learn as much as possible about them.

-Ask if you could bring your children with you for a few days to let them get settled and make friends before they are scheduled to start.

I found that this made it much more comfortable for me to find a job and not feel guilty that I am not with them all day. It reduces stress about worrying about them. I don't know if this will help you but maybe.
