I just wanted to let everyone know that I recently found gluten free frozen pie crusts in Whole Foods. Great for the holidays! I haven't tried them yet, but holidays are the hardest and I was so happy to find ready-made pie crusts.

I've used them several times...the Whole Foods GF Bakehouse brand, and they have always turned out super tasty! I've made pumpkin pie, pecan chocolate-chip pie, and pudding pies with them.

That's too bad. I used them for pumpkin pies and they came out really well. Nobody even knew they were gluten free.

I actually tried one of these for Thanksgiving. We made an apple pie with it. The apple part came out good, but the edges of the crust were gritty and the bottom was a mushy, tasteless mess. We ended up scooping the apple filling out and eating that. Maybe we did something wrong, but it was really nasty.
