Suffer from yeast? I FINALLY found the solution!

I've suffered from yeast (candida) frequently through the years. Several times I've gone strictly on the Candida Diet and have taken all the recommended supplements for several months. It clears for awhile, but returns with a vengeance during pregnancy. Yeast can be passed onto baby during delivery or breastfeeding (baby will get yeasty diaper rash and/or oral thrush). This pregnancy I suffered from internal as well as external yeast (a rash in the folds of my legs). I did everything I knew to try: tea tree oil in olive oil base, garlic oil, yogurt, Gentian Violet (usually works well, but is so messy!), and the over-the-counter cures. Nothing helped. Then I came across some information about Bentonite Clay Powder. Taken internally, this clay binds with the heavy metals in the body and flushes them out so the supplements can do their job. I began drinking this concoction (I won't lie, it wasn't tasty; it IS clay!), and within 1 week, the yeast was GONE!! I've continued to take a tsp in water daily. It is safe to consume during pregnancy and breastfeeding. You can purchase this product in capsule form (if you're not brave enough to drink it) at any health food store. I purchased my 1 lb jar for $5.70 from www.bulkherbstore.com There is also additional helpful information available there about the clay. This site also sells some wonderful herbal tea mixtures for pregnancy and breastfeeding at very reasonable prices. I'm not affiliated with this site at all (other than a customer), but I did want to pass along this information to anyone who might be in need.

chlorophyll...sorry...I knew it didn't look right

(it alkalinizes you in a hurry...I've used it when I get that achy pre-bladder infection feeling and it wipes it out immediately...also helps purify and build your blood )

Too funny; I take chlorophyll daily as well! If you can handle that and black strap molasses, you can definitely handle drinking the bentonite clay. I just keep stirring it until it disolves (I don't do well with clumps!). I really appreciate the versatility of the clay; you can use it on bee stings, spider bites, poison ivy, and even snake bite (a real plus where we live!). It can also be used as a body clay mask to pull out heavy metals and other toxins. The info is on the bulk herbs website.

I think you and I would be great friends!

Ya! I take far out concoctions, too!!! I even take liquid chlorofil straight... Family kids me about my green teeth and my putting a little malasses in everything I can think of...:)

I like the liquid form of clay.... the powder is a little gritty...but I think it could definately be worth it...

I guess my sister's way of mixing it is out then (blender)

Quoting Anna :

Do you do 1 tsp dry powder? I've always used the liquid form... usually irregularly... to reduce nausea and for liver support (takes toxins away so the liver has a easier go of it)....

Put 1 tsp of dry powder in about 8 oz of water and stir, stir, stir (but do not use metal utensils as it tends to deactivate the powder). I've read it also takes away morning sickness, so the liver support makes perfect sense. There is an encapsulator available on the Bulk Herbs website, if your squamish about drinking gray clay water (I don't have a problem with it, but I've been known to take some pretty far out concoctions; "whatever it takes to get better" is my motto!
