Lunchbox ideas

[deleted account] ( 1 mom has responded )

My son is 6 and a picky eater and I always have issues at home but especially packing his school lunch. I really need some help. He will not touch (or try even) cheeses, milk, yogurt, most veggies and so many other things.
I usually give him a beef Bolongo sandwich (all he will eat on bread), chips (I cave), cucumbers, strawberries or carrots (all he will touch for fruits and veggies). I am going crazy..

That's a pretty good looking lunch. If he's is comfortable eating cucumbers, carrots and/or strawberries at school with a bologne sandwich, let him continue. Chips are a source of fat, something a 6 year old needs. If you want to expand his horizons, pack one item you would like him to try and don't make it an issue if he doesn't.
