My poor little man a few days ago when we put the tape on him he started freaking out in the bath, well last night I actually had to get in the bath with him while he was crying as if getting in the bath was hurting him and then he finally was alright with standing there holding on to the soap dish bar while I cleaned him and washed his hair. And that was after we took the tape off night before last. Not sure what to do with this I don't have another appointment with his therapist till Tuesday, maybe more trampoline or something before bath time. Any suggestions.

That makes so much sense about the whole feeling like he is falling because that is what he acts like he is very afraid. I guess i will just have to take baths with him to reduce the fear for him and I will do the sponge bath he is still freaking out about the bath and now he is sick and throws up from time to time so I have to get him in there. Poor guy. Thanks for the tip though once again I am glad to know that I am not alone.

sponge baths for a couple of days Miss Bit did the same thing at that age. Sometimes she'll get in and play for an hour others we have to hold her tight against us and use the shower so it can be quickly! he may not like the motion of the water since the tape came off he might have felt like he was falling I think you getting in with him was a great thing i too have to join my little one in the tub!
