my daughter and i fight all the time, she is always crying when we do homework, and she is very untidy, she refuses to take the time and effort on herself and school work. She has a crush on a boy at school and I told her that she is too young, but I think that now she hates me even more.
I really do not know what to do and how to help her, she frustates me so!!!!!

It's a phase. I agree that you should try to be more open. Crushes are harmless. Make sure she knows what's acceptable behavior and what's not. If you can't help her with her homework, find someone who can, a tutor if necessary. My daughter went through this. She's thirteen now. We still argue sometimes because I won't let her do everything she wants. She did start doing a better job with her homework when we got her into a more restrictive routine. And one day she just decided to start cleaning her room on her own. I don't know if I'm going to survive until she's an adult, but it's better for the time being.

I had similar problems with my daughter when she was that age what I did I tried to get close to her by listening to her and instead of saying you are too young to have a crush, just say omg you are growing so fast look at you having a crush , like that you are opening the lines of communications:) and then she will start asking for advise there is where you come in , and always when you are giving advise say but remember im your mom , and the advise I can give you you might not like it but I give it out of love for my daughter:) this worked for me she is now 27 and we are the best of friends, (of course there were bumps in the years but you want to have those lines of communications opened because soon she will be a teen and get ready for the ride of your life :) but above all ask God for advise he is the greatest councelor:) take care.
