She always argues with me, and doesn't want to be around us or her 4 younger sisters. She has reckless many time. She left the house with out telling us where she's going or who she's going too, and she's went to many parties with friends, she even came home drunk once. We've almost had to kick her out of the house 4 times. She has suffered from many things in the past, and refuses to discuss things with us. I don't know what to do with her anymore. She threaten to leave and to hurt herself again. I have taken her to a doctor and she was diagnosed with a depression disorder. I've even sent her to council 2 times, and yet she still seems to be the same. I try to help her, but she never wants to hear it, it's like she tunes everything out. She never seems to listen to anything I tell her to do or not to do. I have no idea what to do with her anymore, she's not only hurting me, but the rest of the family constantly. What should I do?

I know you said you tried counseling before, but I would suggest giving it another try. Maybe this time at a facility that specializes in teen disorders/problems. It will take more than a few visits, but you'll have to stick with it.

Do not give up on her. I know it's very frustrating and overwhelming, Keep the channels of communication open even if all you get from her is a grunt. She needs to know that there is that one safe place where she can always come to.

Definitely Continue with the counselling. It is good that they have identified part of the issue. The sessions will also give her tools to cope and navigate this period. She's also 16 so her hormones are raging and it is definitely not helping the situation either.

Pray, Pray, Pray some more for her. There is power in prayer! It works! God Bless
