18 yr old daughter is blind to her severe anger issues.

My 18 year old daughter has major anger issues. I know that the root of the anger is depression (I am divorced from her narcissistic-guilt dishing father). She is not aware that she even cusses or raises her voice to a scream or has tantrums. She is burning bridges fast between her siblings and friends. I tried to explain that I love her, but she has issues, can I get her help. She will not go. I love my daughter, I am just at a loss how to help someone who does not see they need help.

@Aoibheall NiRhiannon I do empathize with what you are going through. As mums we love our children and want the best for them but sometimes situations happen and we don't know what to do. I think your daughter will benefit from some counselling or help from a professional therapist to help her with her anger. It's probably a good idea for all of you to have this help as well considering all that has happened. I hope she agrees to go. Do you have someone else in your family that she will listen to?
Stay strong and I wish you all the best for the future.
