My 13 year old has been asking for an allowance for a while however she doesn't do many chores. I have told her when she is willing to do more she will be paid she said OK however i am unsure of what she can do and what i should pay her. Any answers appreciated.

Consider having her help with the laundry (washing, folding, ironing, putting away), she should be perfectly capable of sweeping floors, vacuuming, dusting, taking out the rubbish, and maybe even mowing lawns or washing the car.

Hello, try making a list of things that need to be done around or outside of the house (general house cleaning, pet clean up, laundry). Be specific about how tasks should be completed and that u will check her work. Also set a schedule for her chores. What to pay? That's not easy... if you lock yourself into a fixed rate its possible that the work is unsatisfactory and you have to re-do it yourself. Maybe set a range based on the quality of her work. But this will require a little work upfront for you. Sometimes I have used work tools at home with varying degrees of success. The great things is that your daughter is asking to work to earn money, that is awesome! Try to finds things that are appropriate for her age and keep it SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time phased).
Good luck😃!
