How do I get my almost 13 yr old to go to school and stop disrespecting us? I know we have spoiled him. How do we make it stop?

Hi Sharon,
You have to take your authority back because you all are the parents. You have to be consistent in whatever changes you make and you and your husband have to be on one accord (agreement). If your son sense any division, he will divide and conquer.
Where there were no rules and boundaries, you all have to put them in place and let your son know what the consequences will be, but also rewarding when he complies with the rules.
Have you all taught your son the golden rule: Treat others the way you want to be treated? What your son does not realize is that when he disrespectful to you all, it comes back to he through others.
I don't know if you believe in the Bible but
Ephesians.6:1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

2 Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;

3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

God's principles are in effect whether we believe it or not. It is important for your son to realize that he is cutting their life short by not honoring you all. He is also impacting his unborn children. Years from now your son will be calling you all telling you how disrespectful his child is. It is important for you all to be consistent and to be unified in your efforts of correcting the behavior. There are rules no matter where we go, and we have to abide by the rules or there are consequences good/bad. He will soon be 18 and so in the short time make the necessary changes. The book 5 love languages, has a quiz for adults and children. This may help you to know your son's love language to better be able to relate and reach him.
