I assume this is a recent change? If so, changing schools is tough, especially in those early teen years. If Catholic school is something you feel strongly about, then maybe chat with her about why it's important and discuss the pros and cons of the new school. Also, maybe finding a way she can socialize with her old friends, while she's working on making new friends at the Catholic school might help. What about the school does she find hard and boring?

Hi, Normie. Your situation is definitely not uncommon – your daughter reminds me of my nephew! I think it would be a good idea if you can share some of your funny school life stories with her and some important life lessons you gained from school. Above all, let her know how much she’s going to miss school once she’s done with it! Encourage her and teach her how to handle rules at school and the benefits of abiding the rules. I know she will not find it interesting but I am sure it will all be worth it one day! Just hang it there, friend, this too shall pass. Hugs!
