Feeling out of it

I have a 19 year and a 12 year old girls. My time is spent driving the 19 year old to work and to class on some days, waiting for her till she finishes and only get home around 19:30. We have constant fights, she just wants her freedom. While my efforts go unnoticed. I also have to drive her to work on weekends leaving me to wait 9 hours doing random things when I could be at home doing what ever I feel like doing. We live +- 20km from work and petrol is expensive so I cannot go home on both days. So I'm feeling out of it having to do everything and still unappreciated. Yes, some might say that "thats why you are a mother". I am so tired. My daughter has made no effort to get her drivers lisence or even her own transport so understand why I feel so out of it.

I would give her a deadline: get a drivers license by this day, or I'm not driving you anymore. Obviously you need to give her enough time to actually do it. She's old enough to transport herself or make arrangements for it. Maybe she needs a job closer to home.
