He has been to the doctor and they said he will out grow it and he is not. He leaks out of adult diapers. We have tried the alarm. He wets his bed every night even when he goes to bed late on weekends. What else can I do!!!

The same here. My daughter made every possible medical check and physicians found nothing wrong besides modest weak bladder. In years we tried everything to stop it, drugs, alarms, no drink after dinner, waking her up in the night, nothing worked. I suggest to try these things if you didn't them.
Which kind of adult diaper have you tried?
My Daughter leaks out goodnithes, uderjames and the pull-up kind adult diapers but since we swiched to the classic adult diapers with the sticky tabs her bed has never been wet. I think cause they have more absorbency and you can make a perfect fitting with the tabs. I was reluctant to go with this diaper kind cause it seems embarassing and not comfortable, but still better then sleeping in pee and now I would just used it years ago. So after an year of pull-ups, wet pajamas, sheets and mattress, with the suggestion of her physician, I gave them a try. Obviously I had to push my daughter to try them at first but after few week she became used to them, she accepted them and went over the initial embarrassment, finally having a good rest all night long. In addiction unexpectedly they cost less than goodnites and adult pull-ups.
There are a lot of different adult diapers with tabs so be careful and look for one with high absorbency. We are using Tranquility atn briefs small now that I bought online for a good compromise to cost and absorbency, especially if you buy in bulk, but I tried Tena and Molicare and they were good too. I noticed there are a lot more choices of adult diapers online than in the stores, you could look there. Still you could put a pad (look for diaper booster) inside to increase the capacity.
I hope the bedwetting will stop soon, or just the bed wet.

My 16 year old son also wet the bed until he was almost 15. I allow him to drink as much water or natural fruit juices as he wants during the day. When he gets home from school I only allow him to drink 1 glass of milk with dinner. I make sure that he pees before dinner, after dinner, before he showers and before bed. After he gets into bed I retract his foreskin and I rub vaseline on the gland and on his penis. After 15 minutes of his foreskin being retracted I get him to go pee again. That seems to work for him, he still has accidents but rarely

TY for everyone's response!! I tried of wet sheets and he does his own sheets. I wish that I could find a diaper that fits him. Goodnites are way to small and small adult diapers are to big. They are lose around the legs. I just need to find a diaper that works!

Well- that's good to know. Glad he doesn't have a medical issue. I guess the only option is to manage his fluid intake and see if that helps. You probably are already doing that though. I'm just trying to help.

Yes he did see urologist and she said that he will out grow it. I thought about medications but the doctor said no. The doctor also said that there was nothing wrong with him medical wise.

Did he see a urologist? There might be medications he can take to help with this issue. In addition to some of the suggestions posted by Evelyn Witt.
