My daughter is almost a teen, and the last year or so she's had a few pimples. Most are white and go away with OTC products. But there is one on her nose that is black, getting larger and will not leave! I would rather not take her to the dermatologist quite yet. Is it okay to tell her to squeeze it out? Or is there some other method that works that someone recommends? I don't want her squeezing if there were lots, and I'm not even sure she'll do it! Thanks!

It is a raised bump with black inside. I was worried about scarring, so that's why I haven't suggested it. I think it is a clogged pore but it's been there for a while. We're been using oxy 10 on it without success. I could try one of those biore strips maybe. Thanks!
