I'm hoping for my next tattoo to have my Daughter's name and DOB to be coming down on a shooting star. But I am liking the idea of the lil footprints too \, that or I would have her name on the underside of my wrist, with a little bumble bee as that is one of the nick names I call her.

I have two girls and a boy so i got a butterfly(because i will always take them under my wings) on my right wrist and above that three sets of footprints one green(my sons favorite color) one pink(my daughters favorite) and purple for my baby girl.i love it.

i got a k and butterfly on my right wrist for my daughter kylie. i am pregnant with my 2nd child if its a girl i will add one more k too it. i'm hoping for a biy cuz on my right leg i want to put o Japaneses cherry blossom tree and i want it to look like the tree so in the tree itself i can put in the initials

For my oldest son, Keiffer, I have ivy that goes around my ankle with his name in one of the leaves and his birthday in another one. Then for my second son, Zakkary, I have the eye of Ra ( the eye is blue for Zakkary's blue eyes) above a pyramid with his name going up one side and his birthday going down the other side. These were both my originals.

i have my son's first and middle name in a really cool font with a small star on either side on my left wrist. it's simple and perfect and i love it! it's by far my favorite tattoo out of 7!

i put my daughters hand print with her name and b-day underneath we took her hand and put it on an ink pad and stuck it on a piece of paper for a realistic looking print.

i think simple is really nice! unless you have deep meaning behind your childs name. I just have my sons name on my wrist, written in really beautiful script, with our starsign on the underside of my wrist. I love it; its by far my favourite tatt! its in plain view, so i get to show everyone im a proud mumma, and i can see it for myself everyday, yet its still so simple it goes with everythiing and doesnt look tacky or anything. =)

I have two girls and we won't have any more kids. When Abigail was born we did pink for her, pink clothes ya know, pink everything. When Kaitlyn was born we did purple stuff for her. So I've decided when I loose all my weight I'm gunna get one on my top part of the right side of my belly (where I carried them for 9 months). It's gunna be two free-flowing ribbons one purple and one pink flowing into a heart shape! I'm so excited! It's a great modivation to loose this weight!

I love hand/foot prints. I have my daughters footprint on my back with the words "my Jenna girl" and her birthdate. When I have my second child Im going to put his/her handprint somewhere (not sure where yet).

what i want to do is when my kids just start to write their names is have them write out their name in crayons colors of their choice and have that tattooed on me with their foot prints and the date of birth too.

'Kai is Japanese for ocean and his belly name was "Tigger" as well as his room theme, and his favorite character and his fave animal is a tiger. So I plan on getting a tiger coming out of the ocean surf with his kanji symbol worked into the tiger's forehead stripes, possibly with an Okinawan flag sunset behind it all. I've thought about getting his birth date drawn in the sand just in front of the surf as well :o)

I kept it simple. I love daisies, my fav. flower. So, I have a cluster of 3 daisies on my back. One for each of my kids. 2 are blue for my sons and one is purple for my daughter.

I have a celestial theme going on my back piece and thought I would have my kids done as angels. but then I realized the truth and decided I needed to portray them as they tru;ly are. so, I got monkeys on my leg swinging from tree branches. Each monkey portrays their personality and I am the tree of life. I get tons of compliments on it.

I only have 2 children, i do not plan on having any more. Albeit i am only young so that may change. On my left wrist i have my oldest sons name "Thijson" in cursive text. On my wright wrist i have m youngest son's name "Oliver" also in cursive. I am also going to have there DOB's added below there names.

I got a ladybug with a swirl around it- My little girl has always been nicknamed "ladybug" and she seems to attract them. The swirl represents me wrapped around her.

I'm thinking about getting my kids birthdates (and possibly initials) on my left wrist. I thought about getting their birth footprint with the birthdate under it on my shoulder, but I'm not getting my tubes tied and I want something I can easily add to in case I have more kids. It's a hard decision..lol..plus I've still got a huge horrible fairy on my leg to cover up or at least disguise. I think I'm going to do a floral scene around her and hope she just blends in

I had an old one re-worked with his name and date of birth underneath, it's a shooting star on my shoulder, the tattoist did a great job sharpening it up, re-colouring it and tieing in my son's details below :0)
