He could be teething or fighting a virus if he is more interested in fluids. They all go through phases with food. Make sure you are trying lots of new things because he could just be getting bored of what he's getting.

He's probably teething or has an upset stomach. It will pass. Until then, it is just fine for him to have more milk than usual. When my son had a stomach bug recently, he only wanted to nurse, and that wasn't a big deal for a few days. Your boy needs the nutrients though, and the milk is a fine place for him to get it. I also agree with Tara that finger foods are good for picky eaters. But definitely do not dilute the milk - that is dangerous advice.

Try finger foods with him. DO NOT DILUTE his milk. Or give him skim milk. Thats just a bad idea all together. He still needs the goods from that.

Is he teething real bad? When my son was teething at times it would be so bad that he preferred a bottle over tryin to eat.

the milk is filling him up ... dilute the milk or try skim milk ... then let him sit in the high chair with his plate of food and a cup of water or diluted juice ... he'll eat when he's hungry enough ... good luck! ... =)
